Dr. Matthew J. Heinz
Dr. Heinz is a Wisconsin native, born and raised in the Lake Geneva area. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his dental degree from Columbia University in New York City. He went on to receive his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he also completed his general surgery internship and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Heinz has a particular interest in corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, full-mouth rehabilitation, and bone grafting procedures in preparation for dental implants. He is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered surgical care and is dedicated to helping patients restore both function and confidence.
Outside the operating room, Dr. Heinz enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their pets. His family loves staying active together—surfing, skiing, golfing, playing tennis, and making the most of life on the lake.
Dr. Heinz is a candidate for board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is certified in:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATL)
